Can I refund or return my order?
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us with pictures of the product within 5 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to send you a new one.
If you are not satisfied with the product and would like to get your money back, we will refund it immediately upon receipt of the product (The customer must pay the shipping costs). The period for returning the product is 14 calendar days from receipt.
